Gather together a few friends, up to 10 people and let Phil know your wine preferences, he will then choose a selection of wines from the Martin Family Wineries to showcase to you, take you on a tour and also do a little tank tasting! Phil will discuss the background of the wines, how they were crafted, and describe how they taste! As a bonus, the winner will also get a case of their medal-winning wines from the 2021 Finger Lakes International Wine & Spirits Competition.

"Tiny bubbles"? Is this a good or bad thing to have in your sparkling wines? Find out during a seminar conducted in
the Educational Theatre at the New York Kitchen by Lorraine Hems, a certified Sommelier and long-time judge at the
Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. While enjoying award-winning sparkling wines from around the world,
you'll learn about the different ways Champagne and other sparklers are produced. The winner of this fun event will
also learn how to saber and have the opportunity to open bottles during the seminar! The room can accommodate up
to 18 guests and all of the wines are included in this package.
